Lesson of the Day

First of all, I had 2 wonderful showers this weekend, THANK YOU everyone who was a part of it!! But I will post all about that with pictures tonight when I get home...

But this lesson is for those who aren't sure exactly what to say to a pregnant woman. Mostly it has been strangers who have said the "wrong" things, so don't worry I'm not singleing anyone out! This is just meant to be funny :)

No / Bad
  1. Are you sure you are not having twins?
  2. You are sooooo big / huge!
  3. When are you due, tomorrow?! (when it is a few months away still)
  4. I can't believe you still have 2 months left, followed by a crazy laugh, accompanied by the "head shake"
I am sure many of you who have been preggers can relate! If the woman's Belly is big, you can try saying things like this:

Yes/Good
  1. You are all belly, you haven't gained an ounce anywere else! (if this is true, say it, if not, see #2)
  2. You look so cute / great (weather it's true or not, this is always the safe thing to say)

I think pregnant people make some people nervous & they think since you have a little person inside your tummy, you shouldn't feel self conscious, but believe me most pregnant women probably do. So take a big breath to clear your head & say either #1 or #2 under the "Yes/Good" column & everyone will be happy forever & ever, which may infact lead to world peace :) The End.

Love ya'll, check back for pictures tonight from this weekend!

I love it! I think you should start writing a book about it. That is so FUNNY! And I have never been Preg-O, but I have someone ask me when I was due about 3 years ago...And she was an old woman. I WANTED to Punch her daylights out considering I wasn't even FAT then. LOL Wonder what she would think if she say me now.

But I think you are cute as a button and you have totally only gained weight in your belly. Everything else looks so tiny still. I bet you can wear your normal pants, under your belly.

Can't wait to see you tomorrow!
