8 Months has flown by! New things...Charlotte is pulling up, clapping, dancing (sways from side to side) with the music, eats baby food 2x per day (moving to 3x), takes 2 naps most days (my kids aren't easy sleepers). She has started to play with her brother, she hangs out in his room with him (so cute). When she wakes up, she quietly plays in her crib until we see she's awake on the monitor. Those are just a few new things she's doing, seems like she does something new every day.

Halloween

We went to Elaina & Johan's for Halloween this year. Parker got the hang of Trick-or-Treating pretty quickly after finding out he was getting candy as his reward...

So, a little on what he said at the door: he wouldn't say "trick-or-treat, but he said "peeese!"(please), get the candy & then he'd say "byeeeeeeee!" & run back to us - it was just too cute!

Pumpkin Patch

Sorry it's been so long, many of you may already know that we have our house on the market...I feel like all I do is clean, in all my free time...that's my excuse! But what's new with the kids: Charlotte is CRAWLING! She is so cute & wobbly still. She also got her 2nd tooth. Parker is talking much better, starting to say short sentences. My babies are growing up!

Slow down Char Char ~ sitting up & 1st tooth in the same week?! And we are on the verge of crawling...ahhhhh!!!
Not sure how to get a picture of that tiny tooth peeking out on the bottom but I will try tomorrow - maybe it will be a bit bigger!

Breaking News! Officially Sitting Up!

We're officially sitting up as of today! My sweet baby girl! Parker & Charlotte are about the same so far with milestones - they rolled over 2 weeks apart (Charlotte was the earlier one) & they sat up about 2 weeks apart (Parker was the earlier one on this one).

6 Months Old

Happy 6th Month Birthday to our baby girl Charlotte! You are getting so big! Well, actually she seems really little still, the 2nd one seems to stay a baby a little longer, which I'm good with.

Her newest stats are:

Weight: 15 lb, 7 oz. (25-50%)

Height: 26" (50-75%)

Head: 41.4 cm (10-25%)

New things:

Eating baby food!

Waking up through the night (awesome)

loves to stand (with me holding her up)

must be held all the time, doesn't like to sit in any baby contraption for more than approximately 3 minutes - suddenly today I found myself dreaming of the day she will walk over to Parker & they will play together! But I still love it, she is a momma's girl right now :)
