Warm Weather Wishes

After this seemingly long winter down here in the South, we are ready for Spring!! Bring it on! But since this is February still, I'm sure the warm weather won't last forever. We'll enjoy it while its here though!

Jacqueline's Baby Shower

Last weekend was Jacqueline's baby shower for Baby Bella, due in about 3 weeks. It's always fun to get together with friends! We can't wait for baby Bella to get here!

10 Months

Char baby (one of my many nick-names) is 10 months old! And growing so fast! I didn't ever update with her 9 month stats (her appt. was just 2 weeks ago):

• Height - 28 1/2" (50-75%)
• Weight - 17lb. 11oz. (25%)
• Head - 43.5 cm. (25-50%)

Oh & we have 2 new teeth, the 2 top front teeth, so she has her top 2 & bottom 2 now. And she has definitely started packing on the lbs (or ozs) in the last couple weeks -- she's finally figuring out how to feed herself so instead of mainly pureed baby food, she's beginning to eat what Parker is eating, real food. And she's beginning to look like a little chunk!

So my next project...start planning Charlotte's 1st Birthday - could that possibly be right?!

Iced In!

Wow! This was the most snow Atlanta has seen in a long time...we were officially "snowed in", well, maybe more like "iced in" for 5 days straight (this was a couple of weeks ago). Cabin fever set in on maybe the 2nd day so it was a long week. But P loved sledding, & eventually on the 6th day we were able to venture up to Dawsonville to get in some REAL sledding up at Ace's parent's house.

Eventually we made it up to Amma & Pop's house in Dawsonville, once the roads cleared up. This was the first thing Ace did once he got there...

Check out all the snow - 7 DAYS after it first snowed --- now that has to be a record for Atlanta!

Christmas

Merry Christmas! OK I'm I few days late...

We spent Christmas with the Baker family in Birmingham this year (Thank You for hosting the masses!), along with Ace's parents as well...quite the house-full. 5 kids & 6 adults made for a fun family Christmas though! And a WHITE Christmas, I might add, not bad for the South!
